1. Assessment & Pre-Treatment: I evaluate the surface and apply targeted treatments to break down deep-rooted, heavy organic growth before the main clean begins.
2. Professional Pressure Washing: Using industrial-grade, van-mounted equipment, I thoroughly deep-clean the surface, removing grime, algae, and moss that domestic washers simply cannot shift.
3. Post-Wash Sanitisation: I apply specialist chemicals or biocides to eliminate remaining spores and organic material, ensuring your driveway stays cleaner for significantly longer than water-only cleaning.
4. The Finishing Touches: I ensure the site is left tidy, rinsing down surrounding areas. For block paving, I return once the surface is dry to re-sand with kiln-dried sand, ensuring structural stability.

I believe in fair and open pricing. Most projects are quoted by the square metre.

• Tarmac, Resin, and Concrete: From £4.00 per m2.
• Block Paving (including kiln-dried re-sanding): From £4.50 per m2.
• Optional Biocide Treatment: £1.00 per m2 (Highly recommended to prevent moss regrowth).
• Minimum Call-Out Charge: £125.00.

Please note: Large driveways may benefit from "economies of scale" discounts. Conversely, factors such as poor drainage or low water pressure may impact the final rate.

Every driveway is different. To receive a firm, fixed-price quotation, please contact me to book a free site survey. I will provide a detailed quote based on the size, type, condition and size of your area.

A Note on Stains: While I use the best industrial chemicals available, some stubborn stains - particularly older oil stains - may have "soaked" deep into the substrate. I will always do my absolute best to remove them, but I cannot guarantee 100% removal if the surface has been permanently etched. In some cases, I can offer to flip or replace stained block pavers for you.

I aim to provide a firm price upfront so there are no surprises - just a beautifully restored driveway.

To get a rough idea of the cost before I visit for a survey:

1. Measure: Multiply the length of your driveway by the width (in metres) to find the total square meters. (A long adult stride is roughly 1 metre).
2. Calculate: Multiply your total m2 by the rates above to give yourself a rough idea.

• Reference: A standard public car parking space is approx. 15m2; a tennis court is approx. 200m2.
