Hi, I'm Darrin Lynn, owner of XTX Limited. I clean roofs, gutters, patios, driveways, decking and solar panels for homes and businesses in Worcester and the surrounding villages, including Malvern, Droitwich Spa and Pershore. Send me your address and I can give you a free estimate from satellite images before I visit, so you know the likely cost up front.

Common questions
How much does patio cleaning cost in Worcester?
Standard patios start at £3.50 per m², and sandstone or porcelain from £4 per m², with a £125 minimum. A typical 40 m² patio costs from about £140.
Do you need my outside tap?
For pressure washing, yes. It costs a few pounds of water on a meter. If you don't have a tap, or want to save water, my water-free dry clean doesn't need one.
What areas do you cover?
Worcester and roughly 10 miles around it, including Malvern, Droitwich Spa, Pershore, Kempsey, Martley, Hallow, Rushwick and Broadwas.
Are you insured?
Yes: £5 million public liability and £100,000 professional indemnity. I'm happy to send you the certificates.
